Sales are generally non-refundable once access has been provided

For Courses / Books:
Refunds are governed by Udemy, Amazon, or respective platforms
3. Limited Refund Exceptions (Applicable to SureSelect™ / SmartCare™ only)
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

Duplicate payment

Technical issue preventing access

Legal requirement under applicable law
4. Refund Request Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of purchase.
5. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved:
