This prompt exists to compare multiple vendor bids apple-to-apple, separate price from capability and risk perspectives.
It evaluates bids only as per the RFQ format, flags anomalies, normalises costs, and ranks vendors — cost, capability, and risk separately.
Inputs are simple: BOM technology, volume, currency, and so on.
Output shall be Negotiation-ready insights.
